Re: CEO Change AUSVAG
When you logon to VCAS, are you using the current CEO's username and password, or your own? According to your screenshot, Rod Shepard is the current CEO. You need to login using his username and password. Then the buttons will become available.

Re: CEO Change AUSVAG
I'm not sure if there is a permissions issue, as myself and Rod can not access the Hubs and Awards page. It says "You Are Not Authorized To View Your VA Awards"

Re: CEO Change AUSVAG
I have been using his log on credentials since taking up the Operations Managers role 6 months ago. This is the only information I have seen.

What username, specifically are you logging in with?

Please don't post passwords, for security reasons. I removed it from the post for you.
That is not the CEO username and password. Keep in mind that as CEO, you have a VCAS login, and a Pilot Center login. I am not sure what that user and pass is, but the CEO account username is rocket53. Ask Rod if that sounds familiar. If he can't remember his password, you can use the 'Forgot Password' feature.

Re: CEO Change AUSVAG
Sorry to, seemingly, dump this on you guys, but it is actually our policy to prevent coups and retaliation from disgruntled pilots. If you can amicably take over the account, it is much easier all around. Otherwise we need to get emails from all involved, and then Mike has to do the actual account switching, and that could take several more days ...
I'll be here, though, until we get you in.

Re: CEO Change AUSVAG
Hi Sven, Rod said that the account was managed by the webpage administrator and these permissions weren't passed on. He also said the rocket53 is used for his forum profile. Our admin has since left and has not passed on the required permissions as Rod has never seen all the options on VCAS frontpage.I'm not sure how we can resolve this issue from here.
Regards.
Paul

Crap, I just realized that the VCAS login has no password reset. Please check your Private Messages in the next 5 minutes.
