Hello I created a customer vafs account for our company with subscription the problem is that we can't connect because they say that VA is non-existent.

I am not seeing the VA in the database, nor do I see a subscription. Can you please check your PayPal and verify the funds were taken out?
If payment was not taken, then the VA never got setup, thus why you can't login. Did you use GGA for the 3-4 letter VA identifier? When I check the database, that is already in use by another VA, which makes me think the setup failed; or should have.
So, if the payment has not been taken, please try to register again. Watch the pages carefully for any errors. Any over payment can be refunded or applied to future payments. I will contact Mike (VAFS001) and see if he received payment on our end, as I don't have access to the VAFS PayPal account.

Ok Mickael,
Mike just sent you an email. Can you please reply to him with the info for your VA? He will then setup the VA for you, and email your login. He is about to drive to the airport in less than an hour from this message. He is flying home, so if you can catch him now, he can set you up; otherwise he'll do it when he gets home.
