How to properly post error logs

Post by FDX016 - Nick » May 31st, 2012, 7:38 pm

Hey All

After enduring scrolling, and scrolling, and scrolling through posts with logs, I would like to stress how ludacris it is to paste your ENTIRE error log in your post. PLEASE paste the contents of the log in a text document, THEN attach it to your post. Whether it be a VAFS5 log or windows log, it's rediculous to make a post that is hundreds of lines long. (especially when normally only a few lines are needed to diagnose the issue) It also makes the overall post much cleaner and easier to navigate through.

Thanks Guys!

Flightman,

Uninstall VAFS. Then run CCLeaner and clean your registry. Then reinstall VAFS and see if that helps.

Also if you are running ZoneAlarm I have read that could cause this also.
