I need some help ! !

As an early Christmas gift my wife went ahead and purchased a years subscription to vafinancials so I decided to just start my VA over again from scratch. Now when I try to choose my new username and password for VAFS5 ACARS it adds me to my old subscription for VAC that is no longer active. How can I get my old usernames removed from the system and have my activation link point to my new VA?

Can you hang on until Saturday?

I can get to all of you, but especially these trickier situations, all at once.

(I don't like messing with the database, when I am not 110%)

This weekend I can be without, the work week, and give you all my full attention! ;)
